The staff were really friendly and outstandingly accommodating and knew how to help. The stay was fantastic because of the marvellous location of the property. Liked to hang out in the centre, it's a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

The room was neat and new-fashioned, had large jacuzzi bathroom. The location couldn't be more marvellous and stunning close to all the sights. Besides, it was next to many good restaurants and supermarkets and the Duomo...

Location: the hotel was just next door to including arranging a last minute private car for a tour of the Chianti and a restaurant which was very popular with a young and lively set.
